Fork Inn Lodging is pleased to offer individual rooms in private houses. Although you may find yourself as the only party in the house, we cannot guarantee there will be no others unless you rent the entire house. Share stories and travel experiences, cook with new friends in common areas (kitchen, living room, dining room, outside patios/porches, hiking trails), or enjoy the privacy of your private room. Some rooms have private bathrooms; some have TV’s. All have private locks and have access to the common areas. Pick yourself a room and c’mon over! Please note that if you rent a private room in a house and a party rents the entire lodging, you will have to move to a similar room in a nearby house.

Rooms may be in the Mansion in Woods, Castle, or Love Shack (hottub), Lake Trail House (hot tub), and Center Lodge. $350 first night, $200 subsequent nights, longterm discounts available.

Master bedrooms in your own house (3 available) Rooms may be in the Covered Bridge Farmhouse, Pond House, or Southern Hospitality Ranch. In addition to the best room in the house, you may enjoy the kitchen, living room, dining room, and all outdoor porches. $300 first night, $150 subsequent nights, longterm discounts available.

Room with Queen Bed and private bathroom in shared house (22 available). $175 first night, $125 additional nights, longterm discounts available.

Room with Queen Bed and shared bathroom in shared house (28 available) $125 first night, $95 additional nights, longterm discounts available.

Room with Single Bed and private toilet and shared bath (5 available) $105 first night, $95 additional nights, longterm discounts available.
