In general, please leave the place as you found it.
Leave sheets and pillowcases on beds. Don’t remake beds.
Put towels in washing machine and start a load if possible.
Clean your dishes.
Clean grills if you have made them dirty.
Turn off lights. Close any windows that you may have opened (humidity kills houses in this part of Tennessee).
Turn a/c up to 80 in the summer or turn heat down to 50 in the winter.
Leave edible food in fridge; Leave wine, beer, and whiskey on kitchen table for the staff party.
Put compost in plastic bag and leave in fridge or plastic bucket.
Let us know if you empty the outside trash recepticles so we can return your trash deposit fee.
Don’t be bashful about leaving tip for set-up crew if they did a good job.
