Prices (non-holiday):
First six persons: Friday, Saturday, Holidays $650. Christmas to New Years $710
First six persons : Week days $490
Per person per night fee after six guests additional persons $40/night
One time cleaning fee: $330
Refundable Security Deposit $2000 (Leave place as you found it with exception of used linens) and you get all of the deposit back.
Add 50% for one night stays on weekends.
Excess cleaning (dirty grills, ovens, house trash, moved furniture, etc.) and we will deduct our additional cleaning/set-up costs from the security depost.
