Some of the rooms have access to private outside hot tubs, some have access to shared outside hot tubs. All rooms have access to common area kitches, living room, dining room, and indoor/outdoor porches Please let us know if you would like to share a house with particular persons

Private room single occupancy (queen or king bed) with private bathroom  $425

Private room, double occupancy (king bed) with private bathroom  $495

Private room, single occupancy with shared bathroom $385

Private room double occupancy (one bed) with shared bathroom
$435

Shared room (same sex roommate) with two beds/ shared bathroom $275
