Prices:

First two beds: Friday, Saturday, Holidays $450

First two beds : Week days $350

Per person per night fee additional persons after two beds (four persons): $30/night

One time cleaning fee: $150

Refundable Security Deposit $500 (Leave place as you found it with exception of used linens) and you get all of the deposit back.

Add 50% for one night stays on weekends.

Add 9.5% Tennessee and 4% Williamson County Occupancy Taxes

Rates are discounted 15% if booked 5 days before arrival.

Rates are discounted 25% if booked 2 days before arrival.

Excess cleaning (dirty grills, ovens, house trash, moved furniture, etc.) and we will deduct our additional cleaning/set-up costs from the security depost.
